Sizing Tip: Order 2 inches up from your pant size, so a 34 pant takes a 36 belt. Our sizes are the distance from the fold at the buckle to the center hole, so you can also measure a belt you already wear and order that number. Size up if you are between sizes.

The 1.25" Standard Belt sits between the dress belt and the everyday one, narrow enough for trouser loops and substantial enough for denim. A single strap of Chestnut Hermann Oak bridle leather, edges burnished by hand, no stitching and no ornament beyond a solid brass buckle. The buckle is riveted on rather than snapped, so it stays put and does not change out. Cut and finished here in Denton. Chestnut darkens toward a deep red brown with wear, settling into a patina that belongs to whoever puts it on.

Materials

One strap of Chestnut Hermann Oak English bridle leather, cut to width by hand and burnished along both edges. There is no border stitch, so the leather's own face carries the belt. The buckle is solid brass, set with two brass rivets rather than snaps, which means it will not work loose and also means it does not change out. It comes in Chestnut Bridle, in sizes 30 through 44. The leather will darken and develop a patina over time, shaped by the way it is worn.

Made-To-Order: Most of what we sell is made to order by hand, so each item shows its own lead time near the price. We do not start the clock until your order comes in, and we will not rush a piece just to ship it faster.

Orders over $300 ship free. Below that, a flat $10 shipping rate is shown at checkout, so there are no surprises. Desk mats and other oversized pieces always ship at a calculated rate, because their size and weight make free shipping unworkable on our end. Need something by a date? Tell us before you order and we will be straight about whether we can hit it.

Returns: in stock goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Made to order, custom, and personalized pieces, including monogrammed items, are final sale and cannot be refunded, since they are built for you and cannot go back on the shelf.
