The Shop Weldon Built
In 1957, Weldon Burgoon opened Weldon's Saddle Shop in downtown Denton, Texas on a simple promise: Buy From a Real Cowboy. A PRCA rodeo hand and longtime rodeo chairman, he made saddles, belts and wallets by hand and outfitted North Texas for sixty years.
He built his grandson Clint's first saddle in that same building, and Wilkinson's Fine Goods works out of it today. Three generations on, we still make by hand in Texas, and the brands we carry we choose by quality and by craft.
